Knowledge Management Workshop: “Teach for Change – Co-Designing Quality Learning Together.”

On Monday, 17 November 2025 (08:00–13:00 at E4-508), the School of Social Innovation held our Knowledge Management Workshop: “Teach for Change – Co-Designing Quality Learning Together.” The workshop brought together 10 faculty members to strengthen the quality of learning we deliver and move forward on SDG 4: Quality Education. Secretary Ms. Phuping Luengsuwan facilitated the workshop.

The session opened with remarks from Dr. Yuki Miyake, Head of M.A program, who highlighted why intentional, well-designed teaching matters more than ever in shaping our students’ learning journeys. This was followed by Asst. Prof. Maya Dania, Assistant Dean, who introduced the core principles of constructive alignment and discussed how clearer outcomes, meaningful activities, and purposeful assessments can genuinely improve how students engage with their courses. After that, Dr. Chalongrat Charoensri, Head of B.A program, led a detailed walkthrough of curriculum mapping and the PLO structure of the Bachelor of Arts in International Development, helping the team see how individual courses link to broader program goals.

The final part of the workshop focused on hands-on practice. Faculty worked directly with their own course materials, refining outcomes, adjusting assessment ideas, and aligning activities so that what we teach connects more clearly to what students are expected to learn. Throughout the morning, colleagues—including Asst. Prof. Dr. Wanwalee Inpin, Asst. Prof. Pathompong Manohan, Assistant Dean Krit Khanabsakdi, Dr. Pradit Chinudomsub, Dr. Sawang Meesaeng, Aj. Yasushi Negishi, and Dr. Suebsakun Kidnukorn—brought thoughtful insights that enriched our discussions and made the session both practical and forward-looking.

This kind of shared work is what keeps School of Social Innovation moving forward—clearer courses, stronger programs, and a commitment to teaching that actually makes sense for students. This is how our school puts SDG 4 into practice every day.
