At the School of Social Innovation, Mae Fah Luang University, Mr. Tana Manasawasdee, Administrative Officer, provides administrative support and internal coordination across the school. He assists with academic operations, program activities, and internal coordination, helping create a supportive environment for teaching, research, and student engagement.
Mr. Tana believes that access to fair opportunities and high-quality education provides the foundation for individuals to grow with confidence and purpose. For him, education is not only a pathway to personal advancement but also a catalyst for building inclusive, caring, and resilient communities. When people are supported with knowledge and meaningful learning opportunities, they gain the capacity to contribute positively to society and to support others in return.
He identifies SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) as central to sustainable development. Together, these goals reflect his belief that education, equity, and inclusive communities must advance hand in hand to create societies where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

นายธนา มานาสวัสดิ์ เจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ปฏิบัติหน้าที่สนับสนุนงานด้านการบริหารและการประสานงานภายในสำนักวิชา โดยช่วยดูแลการดำเนินงานทางวิชาการ กิจกรรมหลักสูตร และการประสานงานภายในองค์กร เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษา
นายธนาเชื่อว่าการเข้าถึงโอกาสอย่างเป็นธรรมและการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ คือรากฐานสำคัญที่ช่วยให้แต่ละบุคคลเติบโตด้วยความมั่นใจและมีเป้าหมาย สำหรับเขา การศึกษาไม่ใช่เพียงเส้นทางสู่ความก้าวหน้าส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น หากยังเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนสำคัญในการสร้างชุมชนที่ครอบคลุม เปี่ยมด้วยการดูแลเอื้ออาทร และมีความยืดหยุ่นต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง เมื่อผู้คนได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านความรู้และโอกาสในการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความหมาย พวกเขาจะมีศักยภาพในการมีส่วนร่วมเชิงบวกต่อสังคม และส่งต่อการสนับสนุนกลับไปยังผู้อื่น
