“I believe the SDGs are crucial because they help us build a better society and a better world. Human rights education directly contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.”
At the School of Social Innovation, Asst. Prof. Fabio Calzolari, Lecturer, teaches Human Rights Principles, Law and Justice in Development, Western Civilization, and Man & Society. His courses introduce students to the foundations of human rights, legal reasoning, and the evolution of political and social institutions. Through these subjects, he guides students to connect justice, democracy, and the protection of fundamental freedoms in both local and global contexts.
His central focus is a rights-driven, democratic approach to sustainability — highlighting that meaningful development requires protecting freedoms, strengthening justice, and ensuring that societies uphold human dignity while addressing global challenges.
When asked which SDGs his work aligns with, he emphasizes the deep interconnections across all goals. His work touches many overlapping SDGs—ranging from justice and human rights protection to education, good governance, and peacebuilding. Because human rights and international and social justice cut across development challenges, the issues he studies are woven across multiple goals.

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ฟาบิโอ คาลโซลารี อาจารย์ประจำ ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ผ่านรายวิชา หลักสิทธิมนุษยชน กฎหมายและความยุติธรรมในการพัฒนา อารยธรรมตะวันตก และ มนุษย์กับสังคม
โดยรายวิชาเหล่านี้มุ่งให้ผู้เรียนได้ทำความเข้าใจรากฐานของสิทธิมนุษยชน หลักการใช้เหตุผลทางกฎหมาย และพัฒนาการของสถาบันทางการเมืองและสังคม พร้อมทั้งเชื่อมโยงแนวคิดเรื่องความยุติธรรม ประชาธิปไตย และการคุ้มครองเสรีภาพขั้นพื้นฐานในบริบททั้งระดับท้องถิ่นและระดับโลก
