At the School of Social Innovation, Asst. Prof. Dr. Khen Suan Khai, Lecturer, teaches Development Theory, Project Management for International Development, Human Rights and Development, and International Development and Current Affairs.
His research focuses on Japan’s ODA, cross-border humanitarian assistance, and ethnic conflicts, migration, and identity in the Thailand–Myanmar borderlands. Through teaching and research, he promotes understanding of inequality, inclusion, and human rights, empowering students and communities to build just and equitable societies.
His key priority is SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) — emphasizing that addressing inequality is central to achieving all other goals. When opportunities, resources, and dignity are shared more fairly, sustainable development becomes possible for everyone.

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.Khen Suan Khai อาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชานวัตกรรมสังคม ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ผ่านรายวิชา ทฤษฎีการพัฒนา การบริหารโครงการเพื่อการพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ สิทธิมนุษยชนและการพัฒนา และ การพัฒนาและกิจการระหว่างประเทศร่วมสมัย
งานวิจัยของเขามุ่งเน้นศึกษา ความช่วยเหลือเพื่อการพัฒนาของญี่ปุ่น (ODA) ความช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมข้ามพรมแดน รวมถึง ความขัดแย้งทางชาติพันธุ์ การย้ายถิ่น และอัตลักษณ์ ในพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย–เมียนมา ผ่านการสอนและการวิจัย เขามุ่งส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ ความไม่เท่าเทียม ความครอบคลุม และสิทธิมนุษยชน เพื่อเสริมพลังให้นักศึกษาและชุมชนสามารถสร้างสังคมที่เป็นธรรมและเท่าเทียมได้อย่างแท้จริง
เป้าหมายหลักของเขาคือ SDG 10 (การลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ) โดยเน้นว่า การแก้ไขปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนข้ออื่น ๆ เพราะเมื่อโอกาส ทรัพยากร และศักดิ์ศรีของมนุษย์ถูกแบ่งปันอย่างเท่าเทียม การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนก็จะเกิดขึ้นได้สำหรับทุกคน
