• At least one publication in a well-recognized academic journal
• Strong English communication skills

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก ในสาขารัฐศาสตร์ การพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ การศึกษาการพัฒนา เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีผลงานตีพิมพ์อย่างน้อย 1 บทความในวารสารวิชาการที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
