กิจกรรมที่ 1: เสวนารัฐธรรมนูญ จัดขึ้นในเวลา: 09.00 – 12.00 น. หัวข้อ: "ห้วงเวลาแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงรัฐธรรมนูญ (Constitutional Moment): ความเป็นกฎหมายสูงสุดของรัฐธรรมนูญกับเสียงและบทบาทของพลเมือง" เสวนาครั้งนี้จะพูดคุยถึงประเด็นสำคัญเกี่ยวกับความเป็นกฎหมายสูงสุดของรัฐธรรมนูญ และบทบาทของประชาชนในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรัฐธรรมนูญในช่วงเวลาวิกฤต ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นที่มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประเทศไทย

สำหรับ กิจกรรมที่ 2: เสวนาวิชาการเนื่องในวันรพี ประจำปี 2568 จัดขึ้นในเวลา: 13.30 – 16.30 น. หัวข้อ: "ข้อพิพาทชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา: MOU 43, 44 ไทยควร 'ถือ' หรือ 'ทิ้ง'" เสวนาครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเนื่องในวันรพี ประจำปี 2568 โดยจะวิเคราะห์ประเด็นข้อพิพาทชายแดนระหว่างไทยและกัมพูชา โดยเฉพาะการจัดการกับบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) 43 และ 44 ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นที่ได้รับความสนใจจากสาธารณะอย่างมาก
Dr. Pradit Chinudomsap and Dr. Nichan Singhaputthangkun, two professors from the School of Social Innovation, will be participating in two key academic seminars:
In-depth discussions on the Constitution and the Thai-Cambodian border dispute.
The School of Law hosted the event.
Activity 1: Constitutional Seminar: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Topic: "Constitutional Moment: The Supreme Law of the Constitution and the Voice and Role of Citizens." This seminar will discuss key issues regarding the supremacy of the Constitution and the role of citizens in constitutional change during times of crisis, which are crucial for the development of Thailand's democracy.

For Activity 2: Academic Seminar on Raphi Day 2025, held from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, the topic was: "Thai-Cambodian Border Dispute: MOU 43, 44: Should Thailand 'Hold' or 'Drop?'" This seminar, held on Raphi Day 2025, will analyze the border dispute between Thailand and Cambodia, focusing on the management of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) 43 and 44, which have garnered significant public attention.
