สำนักวิชานวัตกรรมสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงวิชาการในหัวข้อ “กระบวนการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ และการเตรียมผลงาน ตามเกณฑ์ ก.พ.อ. พ.ศ. 2564 และส่วนปรับปรุง”

การอบรมครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมภาพรวมของกระบวนการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการในทุกระดับ ตั้งแต่ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ รองศาสตราจารย์ จนถึงศาสตราจารย์ โดยเนื้อหาหลักแบ่งออกเป็น 4 หมวด ได้แก่ คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง ผลการสอน ผลงานทางวิชาการ และจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณทางวิชาการ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการชี้แจงประเด็นสำคัญที่ปรับปรุงใหม่ตามประกาศ ก.พ.อ. พ.ศ. 2568 ซึ่งส่งผลต่อหลักเกณฑ์การเผยแพร่ผลงานและการแสดงลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมในผลงานทางวิชาการด้วย
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากคณาจารย์หลากหลายสำนักวิชา ทั้งสำนักวิชานวัตกรรมสังคม สำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา และสำนักวิชาการจัดการ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความตื่นตัวและความสนใจของคณาจารย์ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการและเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการอย่างมีคุณภาพ

The session provided a comprehensive overview of the application process across all academic ranks — from Assistant Professor and Associate Professor through to Full Professor — structured around four core components: position-specific qualifications, teaching performance, academic works, and research ethics and academic integrity. Additionally, the session addressed key updates introduced under the OHEC Criteria B.E. 2564 (2021), which brought notable changes to the criteria for disseminating academic works and the requirements for declaring authorship contributions.
The event drew strong participation from faculty members across multiple schools, including the School of Social Innovation, the School of Liberal Arts, the School of Sinology, and the School of Management, reflecting a broad institutional commitment to academic development and readiness for pursuing formal academic rank advancement.
